I use Internet Explorer 5.5 and keep getting the error message 'Content Advisor. Please check your Content Advisor settings for missing information. Click the Tools menu and then click Internet Options on the Content tab check the Content Advisor settings'. Can you help?
This error message occurs if the file ratings.pol is damaged. To resolve it, close Internet Explorer, then locate the file ratings.pol in the Windows System folder and delete it. Start Internet Explorer, cancel the error message, select Tools, Internet Options, click the Content tab, then click Settings in the Content Advisor area. Enter the supervisor password and click ok. Finally, reselect your preferred ratings option.
